Your payment of bills to Elektra does not make you a Hepi customer. Hepi is a HEP Opskrba tariff, and only after completing the request for switching to the HEPI tariff models you become a HEPI customer. Sign up for Hepi, pay the lowest price of electricity and receive additional benefits.

- Pay your bills in the post office, FINA and by a standing order without a charge
Switching suppliers is free of charge.

Switching to Hepi requires the name, surname and OIB of the electricity connection owner, the address where the connection is located, the existing tariff model and the metering point code. The owner's OIB must be registered by HEP ODS (if you still haven't, you may register by calling 0800 0555).
The contract is deemed concluded as of the day of submitting the confirmation by HEP Opskrba (HEP Supply) of the acceptance of customer's Request, which ends the process of supplier switching. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
You are free from paying the supply fee i.e. self meter reading reduces your bill by 100 kuna every year.

Bills can be paid free of charge in FINA, Hrvatska pošta, by a standing order and credit cards on the m-hepi application.
The Supplier shall inform its customers of any price change no later than 15 days before such a change enters into force, publish such information on its website or send it in a written form enclosed to the bill or as a separate notice.

All Hepi customers who are physical persons and who receive their bills by e-mail may become Hepi Club members. All you need to do is submit the membership request by using the Moj Hepi račun application, after which you will receive the information on your approved request which will be visible in the application.
Before submitting the membership request, you must be a HEP Opskrba's customer i.e. you must switch to the Hepi tariff model. The second condition is regular payment of your electricity bills to HEP Opskrba.
A Hepi Club member will be awarded with the number of points identical to the total amount paid for electricity bill in HRK for each paid bill, 1 HRK equals 1 point. All Hepi Club members who collect a minimum of 1500 points may exchange their points for reducing their electricity bills by a supply charge in the following period.
